BENCHPRESS (Part 1 of 3 to find Powerlifting Totals)

Trainers will group athletes in teams of 3 or 4 with similar strength capacities.  Tabata clock.  Each athlete gets 20 seconds for their turn, then 10 seconds of transition for next athlete in that team.  Non-working teammates will spot working athlete.

Round 1, 5 reps @ 60 %
Round 2, 4 reps @ 70 %
Round 3, 3 reps @ 80 %
Round 4, 2 reps @ 90 %
Round 5, 1 rep @ 100%
