Warm up with a run or jump rope

Stretch/mobilize for about 10 minutes

150 weighted squats (20/10#)
30 Ground to overhead (20/10#)
25 Tuck jumps
3 minutes rest

150 weighted squats (20/10#)

Tarrah's thoughts: Scaling is a great idea for many of us because 300 weighted squats will WRECK many of us, except for the RX athletes.

Consider reducing to 100, 75, or 50.

Newbies/New You/members for less than 3 months:
consider 30 squats.
