Member Schedule

1.  Class sign ups are for enrolled members only.
2.  Members must sign up no less than 1 hour before class.
3.  Show up early and ready.
4.  Be prepared:  water, towel, tall socks, tape, etc.
5.  Class generally lasts 1 hour, but occasionally runs over.
6.  Bring your game face!
