SHRED classes utilize cardiovascular endurance work and body-weight exercises to help you to get to, and stay at, your optimal weight.  Barbell work is not a part of SHRED classes.  For those wanting to lose weight and have more energy, a comprehensive nutrition and wellness platform will be provided.
